Summer!
Many thanks to everyone who came to see our concert, Dynamic Explosion. We had a large turnout and a great audience!!
As the year has ended, FD sadly bids farewell to our senior members who are leaving: Timothy Kwa, Jon Napolitano, and Johannes Pulst-Korenberg. It’s been a great year of singing. We will certainly miss you.
We look forward to auditioning new members with the new year. Check back for updates!
Jam time!
FD is having its last concert of the year!! We’re calling it Dynamic Explosion, because, well…that’s what it is!
So after a busy busy year with ICCAs and all, we’ve spent the last two months learning new stuff and really developing our voices. We’ve got some funk, ballads, rock, and barbershop songs for you. Sweet!
So, if you’re in the vicinity, come by and hear us sing. We’ll be under the South House arches in Caltech at 4:15 pm on Thursday, June 4th, 2009.
February Fun!
February has been quite an exciting month for us! After all that hard work, we gave our best public performance yet at the ICCA’s on February 7. You can check out our videos on YouTube!
We also had a great Love Sucks concert this year. Many thanks to all the groups who came sing with us! We heard from:
UCLA’s Random Voices, USC’s Sirens, USC’s Trojan Men, and Caltech’s Out of Context

ICCA Approaches!
We’ve been rehearsing harder than ever, and it’s all about to pay off:
The first round of the International Competition of Collegiate A Cappella is next weekend!
Come support us at USC’s Bovard Auditorium on Feburary 7th at 7:00! Tickets are $12, but we want as many people in the audience as we can get, so we’ll subsidize half the ticket price for you. Just shoot us an email to arrange it.

We’re proud to announce that we’ll be competing this year in the International Competition of Collegiate A Cappella (aka ICCAs) for the first time in recent history.
It’s a big step for us, and we’re super-excited. We’ll post more details on show time so you can come support us at the quarterfinals!
